The Ozana Real Estate Agency was founded in 1991 by Ozana and Aleksandar Veljić as a family company and since then has been mediating the sale and lease of residential and commercial properties in Croatia with an emphasis on exclusive real estate and the best locations in Zagreb and on the Adriatic coast.
In addition to mediation service, we provide our clients with complete professional consulting and market analysis service, an opinion on the market value of real estate as well as legal support.
Pursuant to the Law on Real Estate Brokerage, the Ozana Agency was licensed with the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and entered in the Register of Real Estate Brokers at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, registration number 663/2009.
All Ozana employees have passed the professional exam.
