Mansion of 800 m2 with additional buildings is situated on the flat land of 3000 m2 on the Island of Šipan, just 50 meters away from a cost.
It is surrounded with front and back garden with exotic and decorative greenery, paths, well, small chapel and a summer lodge. All complex is surrounded with stone walls.
It was built in 1563 and represents one of the rare originally preserved sites.

It has 3 levels (ground floor, 1st floor and an attic).
Original furniture and valuable paintings can be sold with the mansion.
At the moment restaurant is situated in the part of a mansion.
