Stancija Palijon is located in the southeastern part of the Istrian peninsula, near Barban, in a small but historically rich town. In the past the estate was owned by families who were engaged in agriculture and household.
Rural roads can take you by the bicycle to the nearest beach, 5 km away. Access is simple, only 900 meters from the main road that connects with Pula Labin.
Villa by the project can function as a single object or as 3 separate units with
shared pool. The facilities have a total of 500m2, situated on the farm area
11.500m2. On the farm there is the possibility of building another building similar
size. The main part of the villa has three bedrooms and large living room, connected with a large terrace that surrounds the object. In addition to the terrace there is a pool of 6 x 10m. In the second part of the building on the 1st floor there is apartment with the main bedroom, kitchenette, living room and terrace. The last part is the studio building, which occupies the northern part of the ground floor, and upstairs there is a gallery with a large glass wall that can serve as a studio. In addition to the main building there is a smaller facility with a wine cellar. Estate has olive grove with 110 olive trees and surrounded by a hedge of hazel, cypress and other native trees.
